Refunds and Cancellations

REFUNDS
Refunds are subject to certain conditions please read carefully to understand our policy:
To request a refund for any reason you must make your request within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are only permissible for any missed items shown on your receipt. Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take up to two weeks to see the funds in your account, depending on your bank. Please note some items in our pictured produce boxes may be unavailable due to a seasonal shift. At this time, customers are unable to choose produce items. Refunds will not be issued based on preferred produce not being in an order. All produce items shipped are based on seasonal availability. 
Please note that in order to be provided with a refund, you must submit a picture of your produce. If you are unable to submit a picture, you are not eligible for a refund. 
CANCELLATIONS
Due to our staff immediately processing your order and retrieving your goods, once your order has been submitted you may not cancel. 
SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
Subscriptions are processed on the reoccurring date of initial subscription. Once the order is processed, you will not be issued a refund. We recommend cancelling your subscription before the upcoming next order is processed.  Please note some items in our pictured produce boxes may be unavailable due to a seasonal shift. At this time, customers are unable to choose produce items. Refunds will not be issued based on preferred produce not being in an order. All produce items shipped are based on seasonal availability.
