Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are subject to certain conditions please read carefully to understand our policy.
To request a refund for any reason you must make your request within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are only permissible for any missed items shown on your receipt. Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take up to two weeks to see the funds in your account, depending on your bank. Please note our shoppers will choose items that are comparable if the item you purchased is currently unavailable. The Better Buggy is an independent company that does not represent any of the local, Black owned grocery stores. The Better Buggy takes full responsibility for any missed items because we are a grocery shopping and delivery service.
Due to our shoppers immediately retrieving your goods, once your order has been submitted you may not cancel.
