A: Visit www.Thebetterbuggy.com. Checkout your desired items and our shopper will reach out to you when delivering your items.
Q: Do you deliver to businesses as well as residences?
A: Yes! We are proud to deliver for both businesses and residences.
Q: How do I create an account?
A: Scroll to the top of the home page. On the top right side of the screen it says "Log in". Once you select "Log in" you'll be promoted to create an account.
Q: Can I save my order for later?
A: Yes! Create an account and begin adding items you wish to purchase. If you exit and return, your items should be saved.
Q: How can I change the address after I place the order?
A: Once the order is placed, our driver is dispatched. please confirm the address before submitting. We want to ensure we deliver your items in swift manner.
Q: Can I send an extra tip?

Q: What is The Better Buggy?
A: The Better Buggy is a grocery shopping and delivery service for Black-owned grocery stores and farms throughout Atlanta. The Better Buggy recently launched The Better Buggy Box, a subscription box providing access for people to support Black-owned farms nationwide.
Q: Where are you located?
A: The Better Buggy is located in Atlanta, GA.
Q: What is The Better Buggy Box?
A: The Better Buggy Box is a subscription box that is filled with 100% organic produce from Black-owned farms. Each box features goods that are delivered directly from a Black-owned farm, to your doorstep. At least three Black-owned farms are supported in each box delivery.
Q: Why should I subscribe to The Better Buggy Box?
A: When you subscribe, you’re buying organic, farm-to-table produce while empowering multiple Black-owned businesses. The Better Buggy is a Black-owned business committed to providing access to organic goods from Black-owned farms nationwide. Pledge to empower Black-owned farms and enjoy farm, fresh and organic produce.
Q: Does The Better Buggy Box have eco-friendly packaging?
A: Yes! The Better Buggy takes pride in the biodegradable insulation in each box of farm, fresh produce. Once you unbox your fresh produce, you can dispose of the insulation in warm water. Each box and tape are 100% recyclable.
Q: Where do you ship The Better Buggy Box?
A: The Better Buggy ships nationwide.
Q: How much food will I receive in my box?
A: Each box includes 10-14lbs of 100% organic farm produce.
Q: Can I build my own produce box?
A: The Better Buggy Box is filled with seasonal farm, fresh produce. As we continue to build our subscription It’s our surprise!
Q: What days will I receive my box?
A: Order processing time is between 48-72 hours before your box is shipped. The Better Buggy boxes are typically delivered Tuesday-Friday.
Q: How does local grocery delivery work?
A: Visit www.thebetterbuggy.com to place a local, grocery delivery order. Local delivery is only available in Atlanta.

Once your buggy is filled, you’ll be instructed to select a time and date for local delivery before checkout. Once the order is received, our driver will shop for your goods and deliver them to your doorstep.
Q: How does local farm delivery work?
A: Visit www.thebetterbuggy.com to place a local, farm delivery order. Local delivery is only available in Atlanta.
Local, Farm delivery > Gratitude Botanical Farm or Mena’s Farm
Once your buggy is filled, you’ll be instructed to select a time and date for local delivery before checkout. All farm orders for Gratitude Botanical Farm are fulfilled next-day. Mena’s farm produce is a pre-order, available for weekend delivery only. Once the order is received, our driver will shop for your goods and deliver them to your doorstep.
Q: What days do you deliver locally in Atlanta, GA?
A: We deliver 7 days a week in Atlanta, GA
Q: Do I have to pay for shipping if I live in Atlanta, GA?
A: No, you only pay our delivery fee of 7.99.
Q: Do you accept EBT/SNAP?
A: We do not currently, but are looking forward to accepting EBT/SNAP soon. Subscribe to our newsletter to remain updated.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: To cancel your subscription you must log into your account.
Mobile: Click the menu button> Login is towards the bottom of the menu> Once you login, click on "manage subscription" underneath your name. From there you will see "cancel subscription."
