Q: How do I place an order?

A: Visit www.Thebetterbuggy.com. Checkout your desired items and our shopper will reach out to you when delivering your items.

Q: Do you deliver to businesses as well as residences?

A: Yes! We are proud to deliver for both businesses and residences.

Q: How do I create an account?

A: Scroll to the top of the home page. On the top right side of the screen it says "Log in". Once you select "Log in" you'll be promoted to create an account.

Q: Can I save my order for later?

A: Yes! Create an account and begin adding items you wish to purchase. If you exit and return, your items should be saved.

Q: How can I change the address after I place the order?

A: Once the order is placed, our driver is dispatched. please confirm the address before submitting. We want to ensure we deliver your items in swift manner.

Q: Can I apply to be a driver?

A: We haven't started hiring yet, but when we have a position available, we will post instructions for applying. Hopefully you will join our team!

Q: Can I send an extra tip?
